Jonathan Sep 8, 2026

A misunderstanding over the description and the order itself caused a delay in receiving the gift that was ordered and resulted in it being returned. The gift quality was nice! But be very specific of what you're wanting out of your pictures if anything else is included except yourself, even if multiple pictures are provided.

Response from Mariajose

Unfortunately this specific client sent multiple pictures with 2 people in it. We made the portrait of the 2 people in the reference images. Since the time did not permit a new one being made, a full refund was offered with the return of the piñata.
