Please be aware that due to the calibration of your computer the colors you see online may be slightly different than how it looks in person. I take photos in natural light to best show true colors and texture, but please feel free to ask for more description and information before you place your order.

I will accept returns for exchange with any other item in my shop within 60 days of your original purchase. The buyer must pay for additional shipping charges for exchanges.

>>RETURNS
I only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Request for refund must be made within 5 days after receipt of the item. If you receive an item with structural issues or damage you may return it for exchange or a full refund. Any damaged goods must be returned before an exchange or refund can be issued.

My items are built to last - and always do, but if an item is loved too much and needs some mending down the road you may contact me for repair.

>>CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Attention international (non-US) customers: all customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If you refuse to pay the customs and choose to have the item returned to the seller (me), you will be refunded for the item minus the original shipping charges. You will not be refunded until the items are returned and in my possession.

I ship to your address listed with Etsy, not PayPal so please make sure this information is correct.

All items are shipped USPS First Class with tracking. If you require a different service to be used please message me before placing your order so that I can adjust shipping costs.

Most of my items are made-to-order. Items will be shipped within 7 days. If you need a rush order please message me before placing your order to make sure I can accommodate your request. There is no additional charges for rush orders, but I do reserve the right to decline and you may be charged for additional postage if an express service is necessary.

I work out of an office that receives a lot of shipments so I try to reuse the boxes whenever possible. All reused packaging is clean and in excellent condition.
