Party decor for gatherings and celebrations

Hello! I’m Lindsay. I’ve been creating custom party hats in my Burlington, Vermont studio for the past 8 years. Each hat is made to order using your photo, and you can find many different party hat designs throughout my shop.

★ HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO ★

Etsy now makes it easy to upload your photo directly with your order. Simply click the “+ Personalization” button and attach the photo you’d like me to use.

If you need your hats by a specific date, please include the date in the personalization box so I can make sure the timing works before I begin your order.

Once I receive your photo, I’ll professionally remove the background and make any necessary lighting adjustments for the best possible print quality. If there are any concerns with your photo, I’ll reach out before printing. Would you like to see your design first? You’re welcome to request a proof before your hats are printed.

★ PHOTO TIPS ★

For the best print quality, please submit a clear, well-lit photo. Original, high-resolution photos work best. Screenshots, blurry images, or very small photos may result in reduced print quality. If I notice an issue with your photo that may affect the finished product, I’ll contact you before printing.

★ WANT TO USE MORE THAN ONE PHOTO? ★

One photo edit is included with your order. If you’d like to use additional photos, extra photo edits can be purchased here:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/769152739/additional-photo-edit

★ PROCESSING & SHIPPING ★

Please check the current processing time shown on the listing before ordering. Need your hats sooner?

Expedited UPS shipping options are available at checkout, including UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Next Day Air.

Please note that upgrading your shipping method shortens the time your order spends in transit but does not change the listed processing time. Not sure which shipping option to choose? Send me a message with the date you need your order, and I’ll be happy to help.

★ ITEM DETAILS ★

Party hats are printed on thick, high-quality 80 lb cardstock using professional-grade printers.

To keep them protected during shipping, hats arrive flat and are assembled by sliding the tab on one side of the hat into the precut slit on the opposite side. They are 6.5 inches tall when assembled. White elastic string is included with every hat and attaches easily through the precut holes. Assembly is simple and takes approximately 30 seconds per hat.

★ REFUND POLICY ★

Because each order is custom-made specifically for you, I do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me so I can help.

The seller is wonderful! I reached out to make sure that it would be received on time and the seller was more than accommodating! Since it was a small order, she said she would ship same day to make sure I got it on time. I cannot thank her enough! I will absolutely be purchasing from this shop again.
