Deliveries:
The estimated delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please refer to the shop announcements for shipping delays. Once an item is marked shipped, this is out of my control. For any regarding tracking, if you chose to select your order to be tracked, you can take the tracking to your local post office and will further assist you on your order. Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not have any control import, custom fees, duties

A coupon code cannot be combined. By Etsy policy, this allows one coupon code per order. ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied or adjusted.

You can take the tracking to your local post office and will further assist you on your order. If tracking was selected on your order, please note some listed items are defaulted to letter standard, this does not include tracking. If you have an international order please wait for the full 90 business days and for domestic orders please wait for the full 30 business days before contacting customer service, we will assess each case.

Please note Sundaze Stickers is NOT responsible for lost or delayed orders. Sundaze Stickers will NOT refund orders lost by Postal System such as Australia Post, USPS, Sendle, Couriers Please. Sundaze Stickers may assess each case at its own discretion.
