Finished designs will come framed in a wood hoop or a white frame unless otherwise specified in the order. Frame size or hoop size will be determined by the size of the portrait. If you have questions regarding finished size, just send me an email or start a conversation!

All process time about 5-6 weeks + Shipping time !!!
If you need your portrait by a certain date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

After you have completed your order, use the CONTACT SHOP/ASK A QUESTION button and simply send me photos of the people/pets you wish to be included and the following details (You can send multiple photos or have everyone in 1 photo)

- Eye color and hair.
- Height if not obvious from photos.
- Any particular clothing styles/ colors you would like included.
- The text you wish to include. (e.g. Family Name and Wedding Date)
- You can include a heart or bouquet in hand to the pattern
- I can include anything you specifically want e.g. Maybe a floral embellishment on top, Palm Trees, Snowflakes, Trees, A Surf Board or something else etc.(extra cost)

Log in to your Etsy account.
Click on “You” (top right)
Choose “Purchases and reviews”
Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
The file will go to your “Downloads” folder on your computer.
