Gift wrapping and packaging

I love to package up my items with care. Which also means you can have items sent to someone else safe in the knowledge they'll arrive beautifully presented. I send all my items in a box with a postal bag around it, to make sure it arrives in great condition. If you're sending an item directly to someone as a gift, just let me know and I'll be happy to add a gift message for them.

All my items are surface wash only. I use a 30% wool blend of felt in all my items, which can shrink when put in a washing machine.

Custom and personalised orders

I happily accept custom orders, please get in touch if you can't quite find what you are looking for in my store. If you have ordered a personalised item please leave instructions for what you would like in a message at checkout or alternatively send me a message after you have placed your order. If I don't receive your personalisation details i will send the items without.

Wholesale availability

If you would like to discuss purchasing larger quantities of any of my items please message me and we can discuss this further. I will sometimes be able to offer discounts for larger orders.

All sizing details will be in the description and are usually approximate (to the nearest CM)

Some of my items have been UKCA tested. This a a requirement by law if an item has 'play value' to a child and will not be hung out of reach. Items that have been tested will have this in the description. All tested items come with a tag that you can remove before use but keep for future reference. If you have any questions please do get in touch.

Unfortunately I can no longer accept orders to Northern Ireland, even though they are part of the UK. New regulations beyond my control mean I am unable to fulfil orders to NI. As Etsy hasn't yet provided a way to separate NI from the rest of the UK, I will have to refund any orders placed to NI. Thank you for your understanding.
