How long does it take to process orders?

CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES: Favor Bags: 1-4 days, Banners: 1-2 wks, Aisle Runners: 1-3 wks, Dance Floor Decals: 1-3 wks Dance Floor Graphics and Aisle Runners are all completely custom and require an enormous amount of time to design and print and cannot be rushed. Due to the increased demand and short supply of vinyl from our suppliers, we cannot commit to shorter timelines than posted above. Thanks for understanding!

What are the different shipping methods I can choose if I need my order quickly?

We offer several shipping options. The transit time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. (Default) Standard Delivery is sent US Post Office Ground Select- 3-10 days (Slowest) ( Additional Charge) USPS Priority Mail - 1-4 business days ( Additional Charge) UPS Ground - 1-4 business days ( Additional Charge) UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days ( Additional Charge) UPS Next Day - 1 business day These are estimates based on carrier time frames of how long your package will be in transit. These time frames are not guaranteed. If you need your order to arrive quickly, then choose one of the faster shipping methods. All estimates created by Etsy, are based on an average transit time-NOT A GUARANTEED ARRIVAL DATE!

Do we offer totally custom bag designs?

Yes, we are happy to work with you to create a design. To get the process started, you will need to place an order for this listing: https://tinyurl.com/y5j7wjyz. Once we receive your order, we will start the creative process. If you have artwork, you can email the file to ubelli@outlook.com. We can use jpeg, png, psd, pdf. High resolution of 300 dpi will print with the best results. The minimum order for custom bags is an order for 100 or more. We do not charge a fee for the design time. We are happy to provide you with proofs throughout the design process to make sure we bring your vision to life, however, we are not able to provide proofs until you have placed an order.

I like one of your designs, but I want to change the font or the colors; can you do that?

Yes, in some cases. Some of the fonts used in our designs may not be suitable for numbers and dates. This is why the text at the bottom of the bags is usually a more simple font. If you want us to use a font that you are using for other materials, we can do that, but you will need to send us a link to download the font or email the actual font file to us. Choosing a different color scheme than what is shown in a listing is possible, however, we have found that many times our customers are not happy with the final outcome after making so many changes. So, we will provide you with 3 proofs of your changes before printing. Once approved, we will print "your" design with your acknowledgement that colors on screen may differ from the prints.

The colors on the screen may look different than the actual printed items.

When we create listings for the various bag designs, the colors shown are a digital interpretation of the designs. The colors on your screen may vary based on your monitor settings, so please understand that the "on-screen" color you see may be slightly different than the color that is generated by the color laser printers that we use to print your items. If we are printing on the brown/kraft bags, your colors will naturally be darker than printing on white; so please keep this in mind when placing an order.

Date Needed by Helps us Prioritize Your Order!

When you place an order, it is helpful to know when your event is. Please provide your "date needed by" when placing an order. If you think you may not receive your items in time, you may select one of the faster shipping options when you check out if the standard delivery time will not work. Please do not place an order with standard delivery, and then message us later and say "please rush my order". You will need to contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can accommodate your timeline, so we can advise you of the best shipping method to select. If you are relying on the Etsy "estimated delivery date", then you are taking a chance that your order may not arrive in time. Again, communicate with us your deadline before ordering.

Can I get this in time?

We get this question about 20 times per day. Often people want to know if they place an order, will it arrive in time for their event. The most important information you can provide when asking this question is; What City/State would we be shipping to ? And what are you planning on ordering? So if you are in a rush, Please send us a convo like this example: Is it possible to receive 100 wedding bags in Houston, Tx by next Friday? Phrasing it this way, gives me the information I need to determine the fastest way to get the order to you. We will always do our best to get orders sent out quickly.

What is the Difference between "Processing Time" and "Shipping Time" ?

If a listing states a 2 to 4 days "processing time" that is how long it will take our shop to design, proof and then print your item. Each item is different. Once it is shipped, the number of days the order is "in transit" is determined by the Shipping Method you selected on your order. The average transit times are shown above. These are estimates based on the carriers. We have no control over these time frames and they are NOT GUARANTEED! Etsy makes a "guess" for your estimated arrival date, not a guarantee. Our Dance Floor Decals are made of 3 FT. WIDE SHEETS OF SELF-ADHESIVE VINYL that can be placed on hard surfaces such as wood, tile, marble or concrete.
They are for temporary use. When your event is over, it will remove cleanly and easily with no residue left behind. This is NOT a die-cut vinyl sticker. They are fully printed sheets of vinyl that are cut equally to create your design.

❤️MATERIAL:
This particular type of adhesive vinyl has the perfect amount of thickness and adhesive strength. This adhesive allows for it to be used on marble, tile, wood floors, concrete, parquet floors or even on a wooden deck. This can also be used on a thin, commercial-grade carpet. If it is installed according to our instructions, it will allow for many hours of dancing.

❤️CUSTOM DESIGN:
Our dance floor decals have been used for all types of events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Sweet 16 parties, Quinceaneras, company parties, college parties, fundraisers, wedding proposals and bat & bar mitzvahs.

❤️INSTALLATION:
The installation of the decal is very simple. We include step-by-step instructions, a sample section of adhesive vinyl and one Squeegee to help smooth out the decal.
It usually takes two people to install it depending on the size that you order.
Each panel will have a self-adhesive backing that will need to be removed before placing it on the ground.
We do not recommend using it on a stained concrete floor as it may remove the coating.
Regardless of the flooring, we are not responsible for any damage to the floor from use of this vinyl.
The material will show some scuff marks from shoes after it has been used for a while. This is normal.
