Being that all of our products are made with chocolate, therefore easy to melt, and to ensure that your product is not left unattended upon arrival to destination, we ship all orders with FREE Ice Packs and FREE “Signature Confirmation Required.

We ship all orders punctually and we package your treats with much care but once they leave our hands, we have no control nor are we responsible for product melting or getting damaged during transit.

Cake Pops by Maggie is not responsible and does not guarantee nor issue refunds for goods damaged or delayed due to weather, due to postal carrier delivery delays, due to the recipient not being at the shipping destination at the time of delivery, due to the product being left outside and/or due to product not being refrigerated upon arrival.
