This sign does not stand on its own you may purchase a stand with it.

All signs are made with 1/8” Baltic birch, some are layered to be more than 1/8” thick in areas.

Due to the process of laser cutting pieces painted white may have some degree of browning on the edges.

Laser cutting wood involves a laser beam aka fire.

This sign is stained, some boards stain darker and some lighter, I have no control over how the stain comes out.

Just a reminder, all items in my shop are handmade. They are cut by a laser, hand painted, and then glued by hand. There will be some imperfections in pieces, as these are not made by machines, but rather a one woman show! There will not be refunds for imperfections due to the handmade nature of my shop.

No other decor is included

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.

I am no longer able to change your address once your order is placed. If you have the incorrect address please let me know asap and I will cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct address.

I am not able to combine shipping on separate orders.

If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it for a refund, please contact me with in 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. As long as it arrives back in the condition that it was sent you will be able to receive a refund for the item. This does not include the shipping costs you pay to have it shipped to you.

USPS is doing a wonderful job at getting most packages to you in a timely manner, but remember we are still in unusual times. So it could be anywhere from 2-30 days for you to get your package. Once your package is given over to USPS I have no control over it. I see what you see.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are only estimates and are not guaranteed. If your event date is cutting it too closely to the estimated delivery date, please contact me BEFORE you place your order, so that we can discuss the proper shipping method required to receive your order on time. This could require you to purchase upgraded shipping.
