Hello! I'm so happy to help you make a special gift! This is my 14th year of putting family recipes onto dishtowels, creating unique and treasured gifts for family members. I pride myself on my ability to take your recipe from what might be an extremely faded recipe card or a low-quality photo with uneven lighting and transform it into a beautiful work of art to be displayed and cherished. I use my art and design training in envisioning your recipe on the towel as a finished product, and will spend the time necessary to make it look its best, at no extra charge. That being said, the better image we start with, the better your towel will look in the end, so it's worth it to try to get the best possible scan or photo!

The following description is lengthy; please message me with any questions you might have!
Here's how it works:
You scan or take a photo of your favorite recipe in full color, send me a high-resolution (300 dpi) jpeg file right here when ordering, or in an Etsy conversation or email (address provided in order confirmation email), and I'll do the rest! When payment is processed, I'll clean it up to your liking, and send you a few edits to choose from. Letting me know ahead of time if you want to keep or remove the stains would help a lot! When we've arrived at our final image, I'll print it in an 8” x 10.5” area directly onto a (roughly) 28” x 28” deluxe white or off-white flour sack dish towel for a professional, clean and classic result that produces a treasured family gift.

I do only print in one 8" x 10.5" print area per towel and charge $5 for each additional print location (for instance, if you want two recipes printed in separate areas on the towel so the towel can be flipped around to display a different recipe. Let me know if you'd like to do this, and I can create a custom listing for you.

When ordering, choose your quantity of towels desired, choose "1" for order and then the towel quantity. I currently offer a true white towel with very square with even hems. They have an occasional colored thread that shows up after heat-pressing which I try to remove but leave if I think removal will damage the towel.

You can choose up to 30 towels in this listing; message me for a quote if you need more! Quantity discounts are built into the pricing.

Turnaround time depends on the quality of the scan (much faster if you have a great scan that requires minimal editing). Right now, turnaround time is about 2 days (+ 3-5 days for shipping). I'm at the mercy of the USPS--after I ship the towels, what happens is out of my control. I cannot guarantee a date that you will receive your towels. If you absolutely need your towels before a certain date, the best option would be to pay for Express (overnight) shipping, which is $35.

Note: while the towels are washable, they will look best if used primarily as a sentimental display towel and never washed rather than a utilitarian kitchen towel. Washing instructions are provided on towel-care cards with your order.
