Seller sent me an item made of the most scratchy polyester I’ve ever touched, instead of the organic cotton advertised. I requested to return it, or to be refunded my payment, but she refuses, and does do quite rudely. I hope Etsy will step in to help me.

Very Unfair review.The garments are made of 100 percent cotton. It wasn't your size that is why you wanted to cancel the order. As the dresses are handmade I don't do cancellations. You left an unfair review.

The delivery was great but the product was a bit short for me maybe it’s because the material wasn’t right for me as it wasn’t stretchy and there was a hole on the side. It wasn’t too tight apart from the end of the sleeves
