UK: 1-3 business days
North America: 1-4 weeks
Europe: 3-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, as Christmas volumes, bad weather, or customs, could cause delays.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes GST etc., that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs

All items are sent with tracking. You can find this on your order confirmation email, Etsy app or in your Etsy purchase history.

Lost or Damaged item.
For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company.
For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent.

Processing Time
Processing time is 3 working days, that is the time it takes for your item to be made.

The estimated dispatch date is shown on your receipt. If you would like to update your order to be shipped sooner please message me. I will do my best to accommodate your request however during busy times it might not be possible.

Upgrade to faster shipping
All orders to the UK are sent tracked. All other destinations are sent International tracked. If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping please contact me and I will look at options. I will send you a link to purchase the upgrade.

If you require your item for a certain date you need to message me directly to discuss if this is possible. If you leave a note at the checkout stating you would like it for a certain date I won't see this until I come to process the order so it could be too late to change the delivery service.

Shipping times
All shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Items are sent tracked 48. I can't offer an exact delivery date as there can be postal delays and events such as strikes which are out of my control.

Purchasing digital files
All designs and images are copyrighted and are not to be resold on any online market place, reproduced, altered or distributed. Purchase of a print or digital file does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, all print designs, images and files remain property of Prints in the Garden Ltd. Any person unlawful reproducing any designs will be issued with a formal copyright infringement notice. Refunds and returns are not available on digital files. You may not resell any of my illustrations on any other marketplace.

Custom and personalised orders
I can personalise any items. Please message me if you would like personalisation. It is with regret that returns or refunds are not possible on personalised orders unless they are defective, faults, marks, holes in fabrics etc. Please double check spellings for personalised orders before placing the order as replacements or refunds will not be given if the personalisation was entered incorrectly.

Care instructions
All clothing is machine washable. A care card is included with all clothing and blanket orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging
A gift note can be included with all orders. If required please leave details in the text box at the checkout. It is with regret that I don't offer a gift wrapping service however blankets come wrapped in tissue paper in a cardboard postal box. All other items are wrapped in tissue and/or cellophane and packaged in an envelope or postal tube.

Print colour
Please note there may be a slight colour difference between printed items and your computer screen, this is unavoidable. Refunds will not be given for slight differences in colour.
