The sign is beautiful! We had a small problem with the original A/C adapter that was sent to us, but after contacting Decor by Pitz, they sent us a new, functioning A/C adapter within 3 days! The sign is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what we wanted. The fact that it comes with all the tools and accessories needed to hang it is such a bonus, too! Highly recommend!
