Downloading your Digital Cards

Computer, Method One
After purchasing you will be directed to a thank you page
Please be patient if the downloads button is grey, it can take a minute for the purchase to finalise Sometimes it helps to click on the re-fresh button top left in the downloads page
Click on download
The digital card will be in your computer’s download file

Computer, Method Two
After purchasing go to the top right-hand corner click on your account
Then choose purchases and reviews please be patient if the download button is grey
It can take a minute for the purchase to finalise
Sometimes it helps to click on the re-fresh button top left
In the downloads page, click on download
Then click download at the bottom left corner
The digital card will be in your computer’s download file

Mobile Devices
After purchasing go to your email account attached to Etsy
Open Etsy's message, click on the download link. This will take you back to Etsy's download page
You can then download the digital card to your email
Your device may ask, where to save the digital card
Please be patient if the download button is grey, it can take a minute or two for your purchase to finalise
