How soon will my order ship?

Items are made-to-order with the assistance of a production partner and typically ship within 2-7 business days. Please note that holidays and other circumstances such as natural disasters may delay handling and shipping times, so please allow for extra time when purchasing gifts.

What if I need a size that isn't listed under the item I want, or I want the design printed on a different product?

Send me a quick message and I will have the item made in your desired size if possible. I can also print most designs on a variety of different items (such as V-neck T-shirts) upon request. Note that this may incur an additional cost.

How do I cancel my order or return my item?

Provided your item has not already entered the production process, I can simply cancel the transaction and issue you a full refund. If your item has already entered the production process, you will need to ship the item back at your expense within 21 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received, I will issue a full refund for your original purchase. Please ship your item back to the return address shown on your packing slip. If you no longer have this, please message me and I will provide it to you. *Please note that as per my shop policies, personalized and intimate items (i.e., underwear) may not be returned.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes! Please contact me prior to your purchase of 5 or more of an item for details. I will send you a special coupon code for the transaction. Only items that are not already on sale are eligible.

Can you create a custom design for myself or my business?

Love my style? I can create a custom T-shirt, mug, or tote bag design for you! See custom product options in the "Personalized & Custom" section of the store and send me a message to discuss your needs. If you have specific image(s) you wish to use in your design, please ensure that the image files are high-resolution (ideally 2000x2000 pixels or greater) and that you either own the rights to the images or that they are in the public domain. For T-shirts and tote bags, your images must be clipart-style, uncompressed PNG files with transparent backgrounds. In most cases, I can adjust your images for you to meet the latter requirement at no additional cost. If any of your images is a photograph, please design a custom mug instead.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Please allow one week from your latest expected delivery date to account for carrier delays. If your order still does not arrive, please contact me. I will double-check your tracking number and issue a free replacement or full refund.

My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it.

Please contact your carrier for assistance. I am unable to issue a free replacement or refund in this situation.

How does your business promote sustainability?

All of my items are made-to-order, so no excess inventory is created. My production partner recycles fabric scraps and donates returns to local charities whenever possible. The plastic mailers are made from at least 30% post-consumer recycled material. I recommend reusing them or repurposing them as pet waste bags.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

As of December 2024, I no longer ship outside the United States.

Do you use AI to create your designs?

I do NOT use generative AI in my design process. All of my designs consist of 100% human-created graphic elements.
