Suffering from chronic sinus headaches I wanted to find a way to alleviate the pain and pressure in a natural way. I found microwavable rice bags and I was 100% sold! The moist heat opened my sinuses and reduced the inflammation resulting in a much happier me! I sew for a living, so I knew I had to add these to my list of items to make.

**Hot Therapy:
Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles.

Directions: Microwave on high for 1 min, flip, reheat for an additional 1 min.

**Cold Therapy:
Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches and even bug bites without messy melting ice to even the youngest user.

Directions: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour in zip lock bag.

**You can add Lavender and/or Peppermint essential oils to you rice bag. What are the said benefits of using Lavender and Peppermint oil?

Lavender:
Pain relief for pains including those caused by sore and tense muscles, muscular aches, rheumatism, sprains, and backache. It is also widely used for various respiratory problems including cold, cough, sinus infections.

Peppermint: Menthol is present in peppermint oil. It helps to clear the respiratory tract. It is also an effective expectorant and therefore provides instantaneous, though temporary, relief for numerous respiratory problems including nasal congestion, sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis, cold and cough. nausea and headaches relief from stress.

Lemongrass: Is used to help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression in aromatherapy

1. These are not machine washable and should only be spot washed
2. We utilize high grade specialty rice that provides years of comfort and holds heat/cold for longer durations.
3. We provide handles on every bag we produce to allow pressure to be added however you feel comfortable

6. We currently do not have a custom cover for our bags, but we are working to add that option early Q1 2022.
7. We can do custom embroidery personalization. Setup cost is $10 and $2 dollars per letter with a minimum of $20.00
8. Scents will be custom packaged so that they do not combine with other scents and/or no scent selections
9. There is no need to contact us about expedited shipping options unless you would like next day delivery. Our delivery is typically 2-3 days free of charge.
10. Lead times are adjusted throughout the year depending on how busy we are. Please don't take them for granted. We adjust them for a reason and although we would like to satisfy everyone, we can't. It is not fair for someone to order and expect to move ahead of a previous buyers purchase.
11. Our scents are confined to themselves during shipping. If you don't like scent, please don't order with scent. You can always add your own with essential oils to your liking as a roll on.
12. Shipping during the Holidays is crazy. Please don't leave us negative reviews for things outside our control.
