Warm at 20 second intervals until it reaches your desired heat level

As all microwaves differ slightly, use this as a guide, but always be careful not to overheat.
Only ever reheat from room temperature.

These can also be chilled in the freezer, simply pop into a freezer bag and leave until chilled.
