JL Square pieces come in Jewelry box / velvet drawstring jewelry mini satchel ready for gifting. Wrapping is available upon request at checkout.

If your piece tarnish within 14 days of using, this is not normal or reflective of the quality of product we offer, please contact us directly and we will replace the item. Tarnish over a few days is not normal however it can happen over a few months of consistent use of plated items. The time the plating fades depends on several different factors such as your skin's acidity, how often you wear and the activities you do while wearing the piece. It is best to clean it with the jewelry cleaning cloth after wearing them and store your piece safety when not in use in a box or jewelry bag. Your satisfaction and happiness is our no.1 priority. Please send us a photo of your broken item within three months of purchase. We can repair and replace broken items. There will be a small fee which covers labour and shipping.

All orders are sent with tracking number which you will receive by email once your order has shipped. Use this to stay updated on where your order is, unfortunately we do not have more information than what is provided with the tracking number. MAJOR delays due to COVID-19. Please contact us if you do not receive your order within 30 days (USA and CANADA) and within 60 days (INTERNATIONAL)

If you like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. PLEASE BE ADVISED: (Returns don't receive full refunds) Shipping fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the carrier. Cost of shipping and/or gift wrap will be deducted for any returns along with a restocking fee. Jewelry MUST be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, as such we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

If your item ends up getting returned to us due to the insufficient or incorrect address you provided, you may request a reshipment and pay for the reshipment fee. All package that are ''Returned To Sender'' will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement package or offer a refund if the parcel was not returned for the following reasons: 1. The address provided was incorrect. 2. The packaged is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
