SINGLE GREETING CARD ORDERS:
To keep shipping free I ship in a paper envelope with a Pitney Bowes shipping label through ETSY. You will receive a Pitney Bowes tracking number that can only be accessed through ETSY as it is NOT a USPS Tracking number. Tracking of letter mail is often overlooked by USPS and at times not updated accurately on a daily basis. Tracking updates will often say "pre-transit" for a long time even though your package is moving. If your package appears to be stuck in transit it’s most likely not being scanned at every point. Most orders will make it within 5-7 business days, but could take up to 2 weeks.

ALL OTHER PRINTED ORDERS:
All other items in my shop ship through USPS with a tracking number (Us only)

Please understand that I do my best to ensure timely delivery. However, I cannot guarantee shipping times once I have handed the package over to USPS.

USPS often scans packages too early at times which might cause your package to say “delivered” when it has not been. This happens frequently and the package always arrives within 1-2 business days.

Unfortunately sometimes this does happen.

If your package says “Pre-transit” that is confirmation that your package is waiting to be picked up and scanned by USPS.

If your package says “In transit” your order has been picked up and scanned and on it’s way to you.

However, At times packages can get stuck showing “in transit” or even “pre-transit”, which means it may have not been scanned at every stop on its way to you and may just show up with out ever saying it’s been delivered. This does happen more often than I would like to see, but for as long as I have been in business I have only had one card officially get lost in transit.
