We specialize in personalized goods! Although not all items can be personalized, most can and you'll easily see that option when you open the listing. What is the transit time for an order once it is shipped?

US Standard Typical US transit time is 3-6 business days but please allow up to 12 business days from the ship date. Canada Standard Typical CA transit time is 4-8 business days but please allow up to 21 business days from the ship date.

Personalized Orders & Proofing

We have many personalized products that range in complexity, we do our very best to collect the information we need from you when you order so we can get your goods to you as quickly as possible! However, sometimes we need clarification on personalization or design requests. In those cases, we will be in touch and will provide digital proof of the design before it is sent to production for you to approve it. We ask that you reply to us within 48 hours in these situations.

Cancel or Edit Orders

Made an address error or personalization typo? It happens! We will do our best to update your order details. However once an order has been sent into production it means that your personalization (if applicable), shipping details, etc. have reached our studio and we may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order free of charge at this point.

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. If your package has not arrived and the tracking shows it was delivered, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end (we see what you see!).

Item was mailed from a distributor in Louisiana and packaged only between 2 pieces of cardboard. During 12 day trek to the northeast item was a bit bent upon arrival (took some tweaking and black sharpie to correct). Otherwise, a nice product. Just wish it had hangers/holes hanging.

Product was great, but it was bent in the package it was delivered it, and when I bent it back into shape, the white paint chipped off, so I was a little disappointed. Hopefully a paint pen will do the trick. Other than that, it’s a beautiful piece.
