Custom and personalised orders

If you looking for something special or you like our design but you cant find it on advertised product you are looking for, please message us and we can help you with that too. Please make sure all personalisation is spelled correctly as we only copy and paste your text. We do not fix spelling errors. If you send note or message with requested text after u put it in personalisation window and this text is different, we go ahead and copy and paste text from the note or message and we take it as an error fixed request from your end. If we have to send you message please get back to us within 24h otherwise we will print your order as it was requested

Returns or exchanges are not permitted on personalised goods. Damage in transit - we need to be notified within 24h of delivery. Please keep packaging as we will require photos of damage & packing to forward to delivery companies for investigation, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Items need to be returned within 30 days of delivery in state they were when damage or printed fault was reported. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund is issued when proof of postage is sent and item is received back and its approved as damaged or faulty.

If you looking for bulk order we can help with that too. Minimum order is 20 items of same product with same design. Contact us for pricing, we will be happy to assist you.

We take photos of your orders before they get wrapped and posted out. Care instructions can be found in item description but we do send some out with our items as well. Please make sure they are followed. For example: Cushions must be washed on 30 degrees inside out; Aluminium/ metallic items must be PROPERLY and FULLY dried with paper towels (including creases in handles, rims and inside and out, otherwise they can get rusty very quickly!. Other care instructions are normally added to item packing eg. water bottles.

I would like something to order which you do not have in your listings is this possible?

Yes we can print any of our designs on any products from our shop. If u see something you like and there is no listing for it, just drop us a message and we will do it for you. We have lots of items and it is taking a time to upload everything and also print orders.

How can I get my order processed fast and shipped as soon as possible?

If you need your order urgently made and shipped, please message us first to discuss if it's possible. If we agree to it, you need to add to basket item listing called "Upgraded Next Day Processing Time on UK only Urgent Orders" which cost £5 to over jump the other orders and have your order processed fast and shipped by service you choose on order. This is extra charge on top of item price and shipping. We advise to change shipping to 1st class too in checkout. Please be aware that placing order without messaging us and adding first class postage only, is not going to get your order processed faster then listed processing time on each item.

When shell I expect my delivery?

Before placing item in basket, there is estimated date under each item and also processing time. When u in basket u can choose 1st or 2nd class postage. Eg.: cushion estimated date can show 3 or 4 days but thats only if u message and we agree to fast processing this item and u pay for 1st class postage and fast processing fee. Even tho 1st class isn't always guaranteed next day delivery. T&C u can view on Royal Mail website. Each item usually take 3-5 BUSINESS days to process and then ship. So for example if u order cushion on weekend it will not going to be posted till following Friday and then arrival date depends on postage options either 1st class (1-3 business days) or 2nd class (3-5 business days) which is on top of processing times.

How can I track my order

Once the order is completed, etsy automatically send despatch email to all buyers and tracking number is attached too. You can also view it on the etsy app when u get to your orders, once order is despatched. Place the tracking reference to Royal Mail app and you will see the tracking.

Water bottles - Returns/ Replacements

Water bottles - we test each bottle before printing & record video that bottle is working fine to prevent claims like bottles are leaking or water is not coming through the beak. After printing we take photos to capture print quality before bottle is posted. We keep this informations also for Etsy customer service when it's required as a proof. More info about returns on damage in transit is provided in returns FAQS higher up.

When u receive your bottle make sure it's hand washed in soapy water first, make sure u have all parts attached. Refill with water, blow into straw and flick straw up and down several times to get rid of air bubbles as these grey top bottles are air tight to prevent leaking. As mentioned in our shop we only print on blanks we do not make them, therefore we do not have any spare parts (lids, straws, etc...).
