Are you selling real gold or plated? What about gold weight?

We sell only real gold. We have two real jewelry shop in our hometown. We only sell 14K solid gold. We don't have silver, 8K, gold plated or 18K items. We only make 14k gold casting. Our prices are depending on gold weight of the item. If you find same item with lower price, please contact us to learn about the gold weight of our item to compare. Most of the time, our jewelry is heavier than other competitive.

Can I cancel my order after placing the order?

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

Customs Fee & Import Tax

If you live in: Canada, UK, Australia, Israel There are not any import taxes in these locations. If an unexpected situation occurs and you have to pay taxes, our company will cover the entire cost on these locations. Please contact us. Other locations: There might be some import tax regulations on other locations. Every country has a different policy about import tax. So we are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please contact with us to learn more about your location's policy.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All of our customers are responsible for VAT which is also applied in their hometown purchases. Here are the rates and how you pay it: Australia(GST): The total value of the package is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD is charged %10. EU and UK: Etsy collects VAT on checkout page if your item is less than 150euro, if it is higher you will be charged by UPS tax service when arrival. It will look as "government charges" Other locations: Every country has a different policy about VAT. So buyers are responsible to pay VAT when arrival. UPS makes the transaction between buyer's country's customs office and the buyer. They charge it as "government charges"

Can I use a PO Box as my shipping address?

Unfortunately, PO Box addresses are not supported at this time. Please enter a physical address for delivery.

We ship all items with UPS expedited shipping. So, you don't have to worry about your package's arrival. UPS Express's arrival time for EU, United States, Australia, Canada, UK is 1-3 business days. Other locations are 2-5 business days. We don't guarantee the delivery times. It can rarely delay due to customs's availability. You may required to pay import fee before your package is delivered to UPS or customs office. We are not responsible for any such fees. If the package is damaged/opened during delivery, a report must be made by the UPS delivery person or the package should not be received. We do not accept any responsibilities on received items without report.

What if my order gets lost?

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge. Orders lost in transit will be replaced, please do not request a refund for losses caused by the delivery company. Please note that Cenova Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month. WHY WE SAY AVOID STRONG CHEMICALS&SHOWER EXPOSURE? IS NOT IT REAL GOLD? THE COLOR OF THE GOLD DOES NOT HAVE TO CHANGE? answer: Yes we sell real gold. Nothing happens on the gold side, but outer effects may damage the polish on your jewelry. So, the beautiful shine of your jewelry may decrease.

Is it possible to update or cancel the order?

The cancellation and any change/update requests are not accepted after your order has been shipped. In-transit, pre-transit or delivered status orders cannot be updated or cancelled.

The necklace is beautiful, a high quality saddle necklace made of solid gold. Have searched the whole Internet, was at the largest jewelers in Cologne (Christ, Gold Kremer etc.) but all the satellite chains were either just gold-plated (which I don't like because they quickly lose shine) or extremely thin and light. This neckette here is stronger and yet filigree and feminine. It is made of high-quality 14-carat solid gold and has a wonderful shine. You can extend the chain on the closure about 3 cm or shorten it as desired. The satellite beads are lined up at a distance of about 1.2 cm. The seller, Semih, is very kind, helpful and accommodating. The delivery was free and within a week the chain was with me. I am excited! "Teşekkür ederim sevgili Semih"

Die Halskette ist wunderschön, eine hochwertige Sattelitenkette aus Massivgold. Habe das ganze Internet abgesucht, war bei den größten Juwelieren in Köln (Christ, Gold Kremer usw.) aber alle Satellitenketten waren entweder nur vergoldet (was ich nicht mag, weil sie schnell den Glanz verlieren) oder extrem dünn und leicht. Diese Halsette hier ist kräftiger und dennoch filigran und feminin. Sie ist aus hochwertigem 14-Karat-Massivgold und hat einen wundervollen Glanz. Man kann die Kette am Verschluss ca. 3 cm verlängern oder verkürzen je nach Belieben. Die Satelliten-Kügelchen sind im Abstand von ca. 1,2 cm aufgereiht. Der Verkäufer, Semih, ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lieferung war kostenlos und innerhalb von einer Woche war die Kette bei mir. Ich bin begeistert! "Teşekkür ederim sevgili Semih"
