How do I send you photos of my pet for the portrait?

Can you paint my pet with clothing items?

Yes! Please send a photo with your animal wearing the clothing, and specify that you would like the clothing included in your painting (ei: hats, bandanas, etc)

How do I know the painting looks how I want before you send it to me?

I will send a message through Etsy 24 hours before mailing a painting. During that period of time, please let me know if you require any edits or additions to your painting. If I have not heard from you within that 24 hour period, I will send the art as-is.

Where can I look up my tracking information?

Pitney Bowes provides the tracking numbers for all of my tracked items. Please refer to the Pitney Bowes website for tracking information, not USPS.

Stickers are weather/water proof, and fade resistant for 3-5 years.
