Certainly! We only have one requirement when purchasing, and that is not to make wax seals and sell them using our designs. You may use our products to embellish items for sale, packaging, marketing materials, and in your client work.

For example, if you are starting a gift-wrapping service on Etsy and want to charge extra for a package finished with one of our wax seals you are able to do so!

Yes! Our wax seals are made with a durable sealing wax blend and our professional grade adhesive will provide a strong hold that will not fall off during mailing.

Some Post Offices deem wax seals non-machinable, and you may be required to purchase additional services. We recommend checking in with your preferred Post Office for any potential service fees.

Caring for your Wax Stamp is simple! Make sure to store the stamp in a dry place, and avoid using any abrasive polishes to clean.

The stamp will form a natural patina as it ages, this will not affect the quality of the impression. We recommend using a non-abrasive cream like Wright's Copper Cream if you want your stamp to look sparkling new!

You can! All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Please reach out to our customer service to schedule the return by sending us a message.

Artisaire does not cover the cost for the return shipping label. Refunds are only processed on saleable goods and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
