All orders ship from Iowa USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as 1st Class Mail) with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package is shipped. Expedited shipping options include Priority Mail for $11.00 and Express Mail for $31.40. Shipping is currently available only within the United States.

All jewelry is packaged in 1 beautiful white gift box, tied with a ribbon and shipped in a bubble mailer. If you are purchasing more than one item and would like each piece to be in an individual box, please let us know in “Add note about this order” in your shopping cart. Or message me on Etsy.

All jewelry is packaged in 1 beautiful white gift box tied with a ribbon ready for gift giving. You can add a gift note for free. Gift notes can be up to 150 characters. If including a gift note, please make sure to include your name on the note so the recipient knows who the gift is from. Additional gift wrapping is available to purchase for the cost of $1.00. Invoices/receipts are not included in the package.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted for jewelry that has not been worn and returned in its original condition. All returns and exchanges must be within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please do not return jewelry without contacting us first. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return or exchange your jewelry purchase. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for the cost to mail it back to us, but we will pay for the cost to ship the item back to you.

Photos are taken with a close-up camera lens and enlarged to show product details. Exact measurements are on every item’s description. If you have a question about the size of an item, please feel free to contact me.

Perfumes, hairspray, lotions, etc. can affect the appearance of jewelry. If you use any of these products, it is best to put your jewelry on after using them. Certain chemicals such as bleach and cleaning products can also affect the appearance of jewelry. If your jewelry will be exposed when using cleaning products, it is best to remove your jewelry when using them. Environmental factors like humidity, ocean air, chlorine, and seawater can affect the appearance of jewelry. Avoid storing jewelry in the bathroom or other areas with high humidity. It is best to take off your jewelry when showering, exercising, sleeping, swimming, etc. The above advice will help to preserve jewelry.

To clean your jewelry, mix mild soap with warm water, soak the pieces in the mixture and gently pat dry with a soft cloth. To polish your jewelry, use the appropriate polishing cloth for the metal you are shining. Caution is advised when polishing 24K Gold Vermeil Style and 14K Gold-Filled jewelry. Use a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth that is meant for polishing Gold. Using a polishing cloth that is meant for another metal other than Gold could damage your 24K Gold Vermeil Style and 14K Gold-Filled items. When storing your jewelry, it is best to keep your jewelry in a plastic zip bag. Keep your jewelry bagged separately while storing to avoid tangling and scratching.
