If the buyer purchases the normal shipping, tracking is not guaranteed. Unless the buyer has a USPS verified address, the seller cannot replace the order and the buyer will have to repurchase the order. If the order tracks and is marked as delivered, the seller cannot replace the order either. Upgraded shipping is always recommended, especially with large orders. Upgraded shipping is included with orders of $35+. If the buyer purchases standard shipping and the order is not received, the seller will only replace the order once with standard shipping if the tracking shows "pre-transit".

If an order is marked "delivered" but buyer claims to have not received it, the issue needs to be brought to the attention of the store owner within 100 days of the delivered date. A case with Etsy can be opened in order to get the order replaced if it is opened within these 100 days. Otherwise, buyer will retain responsibility for delivered order and will need to repurchase.
