What is your process (AKA what is hand stamping)?

We make each piece one-at-a-time using a process called 'hand stamping.' Every letter, number, and symbol you see on our pieces is hand stamped using steel font sets and symbols in set sizes and a hammer. Hand stamping forms a much deeper impression than engraving and due to hammering each letter, alignment will not be perfect. These factors contribute to the uniqueness of each piece we make.

How will my order be packaged?

All of our pieces are packaged for gift giving the moment you receive them. They come in a fabric back, typically with our logo, that doubles as a gift bag. We also offer a fancier gift wrap at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that gift wrap applies to one piece or the entire order. If you need multiple pieces gift wrapped separately, there is an additional fee for each piece.

Will you send a gift on my behalf?

Sure! We'd love to. Please put the giftee's address in the 'ship to' box when checking out and let us know who to say it's from. Please keep the note short so we can fit it on a business card sized gift card. Our items come gift bagged automatically, however, we also offer a fancier gift wrap at checkout for an additional fee.

Where do I add personalized info when I order?

All personalized info goes in the personalization box on the item page. Please give us info in a list format, not one long paragraph. Request symbols in ( ), example: (heart, #84) Note that if you are ordering a piece with symbols & wording shown in our listing, be sure to tell us whether you do or don't want those symbols or what wording at checkout. Example: A keychain says: I LOVE YOU (INFINITY SYMBOL, #185) but you want to change the wording. Tell us like this: CUSTOM TEXT: WE LOVE YOU (INFINITY SYMBOL, #185) **OR** WE LOVE YOU (NO SYMBOL or HEART, #84)

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

We do a ton of bulk orders! Many of our listings have bulk pricing built in, but if it isn't there, feel free to ask. We can handle orders of any size. We are not accepting new wholesale or consignment accounts at this time.

Can you stamp the backside of the metal?

Sometimes. We can backside on certain types of aluminum keychains only, and if backside wording is permitted, then the listing will say so *and* will specify how many characters are allowed on the back. We cannot stamp the back of non-aluminum pieces. Because hand stamping is done by hammering letters/symbols into the metal, impressions are left on the reverse side. This means that we can only permit backside stamping when we're able to hide those impressions. This also means that the backside wording needs to be shorter than the front side wording.

Do you accept rush orders?

Usually, yes. We have a standard production time (typically 1-1.5 weeks which varies depending on time of year), and when we're not completely busy, we allow rush orders for an additional fee. A rush order ships out in 2 **business** days vs. our standard production time. Rush orders are available in your cart. Please note that none of our rush options offer overnight delivery.

Are your items already made?

We typically hand stamp each order as it comes in because much of our work is custom or personalized. *Sometimes* we may have a certain design in stock, but this is not the rule.

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

Hi, no, we don’t. No seller really can. All we can do is ship in the timeframe and method chosen for your order. We have no control over carriers. We recommend choosing FedEx for what we feel is the most accurate carrier for all time sensitive orders. It’s an option at checkout.

Puppies love Christmas, too! I designed this original hand stamped pet ornament on a 1" aluminum rounded square blank. It contains a dog's name, dog symbol #104 on my chart, and tiny snowflakes, symbol #33. Font used is Hand Print Uppercase and ink color is black. Ornament is tied off with cotton cord (red or green, no choice available) and comes packaged in my signature gift bag ready to give! I can fit your pet's name up to 9 characters and can put the current year underneath it if you like. Backside customization is NOT available on this piece.

**IMPORTANT** When you order I need know:
1. The name of your pet and in what font. See chart.
2. What symbol you want. Please request by name & number from my chart.
3. With or without the current year?
4. It comes with the snowflakes unless you request otherwise.

Please leave your customization request in notes to seller. It's not possible to stamp on the back of these discs, just fyi.

**UNDERSTANDING OUR PROCESS**
This piece is created by hand using a hammer and metal letter and symbol stamps. Metal stamping is a quirky process - letters and symbols will never be completely straight or centered, darkening may be a bit uneven due to varying stamp depth, and stray marks may occur. These are not defects in your piece; they are what makes it unique and one of a kind. :)

Also, example pictures may reflect past years, but the design is the same and will be made using the current year unless requested otherwise.
