Please note that this is the Original Chronic Pain Tracker on Etsy. I know what it is like to live with chronic pain as I had to have emergency neck surgery in 2014. While the surgery saved me from being paralyzed, I have never been the same, I am in chronic pain every day. The doctors say that I developed fribromyalgia due to the trauma of the surgery. I hate that word and I hate that diagnosis. It is subjective. Nobody can see fibromyalgia so unless you have it, you will never understand it. Some days my pain level is a 4, some days, it is off the chart, but there is not a day that goes by that I'm not in pain. I developed this pain tracker the way I thought it would work for everyone. It's something you can take to your doctor visits because if you don't have it written down, you will probably forget.
