DELIVERY INFO:
Thank you so much for shopping small this festive season!
As you can imagine, postage delays are already happening and so ordering early is advised. All international orders are now being sent with first class and tracked postage so we are able to keep an eye on your goodies!
UK orders are still being sent 2nd class as standard but you can choose 1st class or tracked postage at checkout (I cannot be held responsible for delays/lost post if you didn't add this on)
Last postage dates to receive your items before Christmas, as advised by Royal Mail UK are as follows:
- Australia and New Zealand - 6th Dec
- USA - 8th Dec
- Canada - 8th Dec
- Europe - 13th Dec
☆ All items will be packed with love and care within 5 working days (excluding larger clay items which take up to 2 weeks to create)
☆ UK items include FREE 2nd class postage through Royal Mail. Overseas orders will also be sent standard postage - if you wish to have your item tracked so you can see where it is on its way to you please select postage upgrade at check out.
☆ Please be aware that sadly I cannot take responsibility for any delays due to things outside of my control such as customs, COVID and the festive season. I also take no responsibility for lost parcels if tracked postage was not chosen at checkout. If your package arrives damaged please send me a photo of it and we can arrange an option of a partial refund or 50% off a different item.

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING:
☆ Sustainability is really important to me, I try to have the smallest impact on our environment as possible.
☆ All my prints and cards are printed onto recycled paper and packaged in recycled tissue paper and recyclable envelopes (all plastic free-apart from sticky tape that I'm still using up)
☆ As almost all my products are made to order by me I am able to ensure the least waste possible. I make a point to source my packaging and any products I don't create myself, from other small and ethical businesses whenever possible.

RETURNS:
I will happily accept returns if an item is not up to standard. Just contact me within:14 days of delivery and post items back to me within:30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
