All Pieces will come stretched. This set was completed with a natural oak frame and the canvas colour is in “steam” not shown on the colour chart. If ordering without adding a personalization request you will receive the canvas colour as shown (see sixth photo for better representation of the colour)

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.

Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting.

Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.

How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting:

If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following:

Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.

Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

If your order has been damaged during shipping once I have received photo confirmation of the damage a replacement will be made and sent out. it is rare that this happens, but is possible. your replacement will be a priority and I will have it shipped out as soon as possible. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please understand that damages caused in shipping are out of my control, but you will never be left with a damaged product a replacement will be send out as long as you report the damage within 7 days of receiving the artwork♥️

If at the event your artwork cannot be delivered after 3 attempts the package will be returned to sender. It is very important that you keep track of the orders tracking information to make sure you are home to accept the package. if the package is returned to sender you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as re delivery costs.

It has taken a few days for me to get to this review but I wanted to make sure I got to it! First of all, the care and attention that Richelle gave to me while I was deciding which colour to go with was amazing. So helpful and provided additional images to ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. The art arrived so quickly and was packed up so well to ensure it would not be damaged during delivery. Very professionally handled. Now when I tell you the smile on my face when I saw the art on my wall- it was exactly what I had envisioned and matched my aesthetic perfectly!!!! The quality is amazing! I am so impressed with not only what I physically received but also in the ability to chat with Richelle prior and the additional care to make sure I was going to be happy!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this store!!!
