After ordering you will receive a notification with tracking information plus an estimated delivery time for your country, as provided by the freight carrier. Please note that a shipment may be held by customs, resulting in a longer delivery time. Also, early ordering in advance of the busy holiday season is advised.
OrandaOriginals will check the status of your parcel on a regular basis and provide you with relevant status updates.

When a delivery attempt has been made and the recipient was not at home, the carrier will deliver the shipment to the local pick-up location. Typically, it is held for 30 days to be picked up; here-after the shipment will be returned to the sender. The recipient is responsible for timely collection of the shipment. Also, the recipient must ensure that the address and email address in Etsy are correct. Shipping costs plus a handling fee of 10% of the purchase price will not be refunded when the recipient has not collected a shipment or has not complied with customs requirements. Buyers from the UK have to pay an additional 20% custom fee for items that are valued at £135 or more; below this price Etsy will automatically collect VAT.

You are required to contact OrandaOriginals within the first three days after delivery in case your purchased item is damaged during transport. Please provide a brief description and detailed pictures of the damage involved. A reasonable solution will then be sought with you.
