Last month I visited the Plhi in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona and met the wonderful Cecilia who owns the store. There was a beautiful necklace I wanted to buy for my friend but in the end did not buy it. I regretted it the minute I left the store. When I came back to the US I was able to contact Cecilia through Etsy. She was beyond helpful and went out of her way to ship the necklace to me. Talk about great customer service.
