🌾 Handmade in my studio~* Single-fold bias tape cut from luxurious 100% silk charmeuse— so buttery and lovely. It makes for beautiful seam finishes, trims, and straps if stitched closed. Make sure to use a sharp Microtex needle and fine sewing thread!

📏 1/2” wide, single fold. Sold by the yard. Multiple units are sold as a continuous piece.

🧺 Let me know if you would like this to be double-folded in the shopping note. It will be 1/4” wide.

🪡 Most segments are 36-48" long although the ends might be shorter. Each segment is stitched with matching silk thread and is pinked for neatness

I pre-wash and dry the silk for this bias tape to reduce color runoff. However, as is the case for all colored silk, there may be very slight bleeding if washing in hot water. Cold water and pH-neutral detergent for delicates is suggested.

👁 The last photo is a comparison between Golden Wheat and Palegold. Golden Wheat is a rich antique gold and Palegold is a yellowish light gold.
