1. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges only if there is a production error or an issue caused by us. Since our leather products are personalized and made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged for other reasons. Please double-check personalization details when placing your order. If there is any issue, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

2. Why can’t I return a personalized leather item?

Personalized leather products are custom-made specifically for you, which makes them unique and non-resalable. If there is a mistake or issue caused by us, we’ll happily replace or fix the item at no additional cost.

3. Can I return an item if the issue is not caused by you?

If the issue is not caused by us and you still wish to return the item, we can process a refund after deducting 50% of the amount you paid as a restocking fee and shipping cost. This policy ensures we can cover the cost of production and processing for personalized items.

4. Can I make changes to my order?

You can request changes or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, production begins, and changes are no longer possible.

5. What should I do if my order shows as "Delivered" but I haven’t received it?

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help! Please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. In such cases, we can resend your order with a 50% reshipping fee to cover shipping and personalization costs.

6. What should I do if my order is lost in transit?

If your order is lost during transit, don’t worry—reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you. However, please note that we are not responsible for items lost by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), as shipping is managed by them. We’ll support you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.

7. How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are crafted and shipped within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons, this may extend by an additional 1-2 days.

8. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in the shipping address. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
