Please contact us for any custom or personalization requests. We can do custom images and double-sided engraving.

What if I made a mistake entering in the personalization or shipping address?

Please message us as soon as you find the mistake. We try to turnaround orders quickly and sometimes we will ship within a few hours. If your item is made with the mistake we cannot refund the item. If we do find a very obvious error we will try to contact you and correct them.

Do you provide proofs?

I try to ship orders as quickly as possible so I do not provide proofs. Please make sure you enter the correct personalization information when you purchase and contact me as soon as possible if you see a mistake. If you want a proof please make sure to say that in your order notes but keep in mind it may delay your order.

FingerCraftsCo is not responsible for any packages once they are scanned into the USPS system. It is important that you make sure you have entered the correct shipping address on the checkout screen BEFORE you submit your order. FingerCraftsCo is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. If the item is returned to sender with the wrong address you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge. FingerCraftsCo is not responsible for any USPS shipping delays. This includes lost, damaged, or stolen items after delivery. If you need to meet a specific timeline or want package insurance please upgrade to Priority Mail shipping and contact us to make sure we can meet your schedule.

Choose your preferred color and corresponding image that will appear to the left of your identifying information.
Personalize up to 6 lines of text (Name, Address, Email, Phone, etc.). You do not need to use all 6 lines, I will format accordingly depending on your text.

All tag colors come with a matching 6" stainless steel loop that screws together and attaches securely to your luggage. Please leave in the notes if you would like a different keychain color.

The luggage tag is 1.25" x 3" x 0.05".
There may be some color variation between the tags that is normal from the aluminum anodization process. If you need all of your tags to be as similar in color as possible please make a note in your order and we can try to accommodate if we have enough tags in stock.
