Why does my acrylic charm look scratched?

Charms are made with a very thin clear plastic film stuck on both sides of the acrylic that is meant to protect the surface during shipping. If your charm looks scratched, that means the plastic did its job. It's meant to be peeled off optionally, but can be hard to see until you pick at the edges.

When will my package ship?

You can check the processing time and estimated delivery date on individual items. I try to update the processing times for my items to accurately reflect my workload and schedule. I can sometimes get items shipped before the ship-by date, but you should plan for them to be shipped toward the end of the window just incase, especially for patches because I make them all from scratch weekly. The delivery time from when I drop your package off at the post office and when it gets delivered to you can vary, mostly based on how close or far you are to New York City where I ship from. If you need guaranteed faster shipping, you can upgrade to priority mail when you check out.

Why are some items missing from my package?

If you order multiple items, in many cases they will ship in multiple packages. This is because some items are shipped from home, and others directly from the printers. Shipping is only charged once. Usually I will send a notice if items are being delivered separately, but I might miss some. If you are missing items, please contact me so I can check that everything is being shipped properly.

Tracking says my item is delivered but I can't find it.

If your item is a patch or sticker, I ship them in flat envelopes to keep the price down. The USPS tracking that Etsy makes us use for flat letters only reflects an estimate, so it is often marked "out for delivery" or "delivered" early. This happens several times a week, and the item virtually always arrives within a few business days. If this is not the case, you can send me a message, but usually your local post office will have more information than me. The tracking information I have access to is generally always the same as yours.

I can't download my digital item or the files can't be opened.

This usually happens because of an Etsy glitch or from trying to download the files onto a mobile device instead of a computer. You can also just send me a message and I'll be able to manually send you the attachment over email.

Can you make me custom twitch assets?

Yes, usually I am open for custom design services, and if you don't see a listing you can send me a message for more info.

Can I literally copy and paste your pixel art into my own products and sell it, without buying a commercial resale license from you?

If you're asking yourself this, the answer is no, and I am getting a little tired of the "I found it on pinterest" excuse. Copyright law does extend to pixel art, and I am protective of my intellectual property.
