Colors of Iceland – Moody Textures – Earthy Red Green Blue and Grey Tones – Rugged Weathered Surface Set – Nordic Nature-Inspired Palette

This set includes 12 digital backgrounds with a rugged texture and earthy color palette inspired by Icelandic landscapes. The designs feature moss green, deep red, slate blue, basalt grey, and glacial white. Each background has a worn, scratched, or stone-like surface that adds a raw, natural finish.

These textures are ideal for branding, packaging, poster design, or web visuals that require a grounded, outdoor-inspired style. Suitable for moody or nature-themed projects with a Nordic aesthetic.

If you're using Photoshop or any software that supports layers, you can easily apply a texture over your photo and adjust the blending mode and opacity to achieve different effects. Overlay, Soft Light, and Multiply are commonly used blending modes. To remove the texture from specific areas, add a layer mask to the texture layer and use a soft black brush to paint over the sections you want to reveal.

I have the same images which I have clipped into rough masks in my PNG shop which you can find here: https://etsy.me/3NrxDqZ

TERMS OF USE

----------------------------------------------

You are welcome to use your purchases from me for personal and commercial use.

What you can do:
- Use any of the items in my shop to create any physical products for sale (I'm not fussy about the quantity). You are welcome to print out any of my items and sell them in physical form ie as greeting cards, on Tshirts, as scrapbooking paper etc.

Please do not:
- Compete with me using my own designs digitally ie. don't take one of my textures and sell it as your own even if you include it as part of another set. You can sell a texture, overlay, image digitally as long as you change it significantly then flatten it so that your customer can't extract it. Cropping an image or changing the color for example isn't significant. You need to add text or other images to make it look really different. I'm sure you can appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating designs and buying them from me and selling them on isn't fair.

Licenses:
- I have removed the licenses from my shop because they were complicated and were confusing customers. If you are unsure about what you think is permitted please ask me. I'm very flexible and if there's something that you want over and above these simple rules we can chat about it.

Copyright:
- Please don't copy my designs or share them with anyone else.
