If the package does not arrive for a long time

We begin to search for a parcel if its location does not change by location number for 30 days. We are writing a search request, according to the law, the Postal Service can respond to a request from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will either be found and delivered there, or recognized as lost which is very rare. If the parcel is lost, then you will be returned 100% of the order amount. If the parcel is found, but delivered very late, you will not receive a refund. Since all the dates are not accurate, but approximate. We cannot affect the operation of the mail service.

If you did not pick up the package and it was returned to the sender

If the parcel was returned to us because you did not pick up your parcel, then the money is not refundable. However, when the package is returned to the sender and you compensate the cost of the postage, I will send the package again

We accept the closure of the order until the goods are sent. An exception is personalized products. Refunds in case of closing the order are made in the amount of 94% of the original amount (PayPal commission is not refundable) current 7 days.

Leather color is a little different from the picture in the listing

In the color of the leather, a difference of 10% is allowed due to the peculiarities of production. This means that the color may be slightly lighter or darker, especially the color of Whiskey. Also the color will be a little different due to different monitor calibration. If for you the color should match the picture in the listing as much as possible, then you can contact me before placing an order and I will send a photo or video of a piece of leather that is available.

How to properly care for waxed leather

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and sunlight. - The finish of this type of leather is not protected, which is why the leather is so pleasant to the touch and has its own "vintage" character. That is why contact with water should be avoided, as this can change its appearance. If this has already happened, wipe gently with a dry soft cloth and allow the skin to dry naturally. Due to moisture, the paint from the leather can be transferred to clothing, so be careful. - Avoid sunlight, do not dry your skin with a hair dryer or on a radiator. This can cause the leather to crack or harden.
