I had a custom organza overlay made by NT and her team for my wedding. I sent around 20 photos of the inspiration iteam and my measurements, and the item was prepared with back and forth discussions. When the item arrived (in Australia from Vietnam), it required some further adjustments that were covered by NT. I was so happy with the result, and my guests were blown away by the look. Even though the overlay needed additional modifications, NT was very reasonable throughout our discussions and I felt the service was overall excellent and highly recommended. If the dress is being sent internationally, I would suggest leaving enough time for modifications to be made locally once you try it on yourself.
