Since each gown is 100% handmade to fit the measurements of a specific client, we do not provide standard sizing. After your order is placed, we provide you with proper photo instructions on how to take your own measurements to avoid errors.

Design changes:

Our collections include a range of ready-to-use designs, however, we are always open to experimentation! If you want to introduce changes to the existing design of the gown, please let us know by sending your special request in a message to the seller.

Production time:

All our products are custom-made, hence require a particular time for proper production. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks, however in case you need your order to be ready faster, please contact us immediately to negotiate the possible production terms.

Shipping & Delivery:

The standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks upon production, however, we provide express delivery services in case you need your order to be shipped faster.

Refunds:

All items produced in our shop are custom-made according to the specific measurements of our clients, hence we do not provide refunds. It would be impossible to provide other customers with an item that has been specifically designed for a particular person.
