Why No Returns or Exchanges?

Our store is a zero-waste shop that partners with local US printers to both create and ship many of our items. Once an order is placed, it is routed to our printers to create and process, giving us a small window to stop things that are ordered. Regardless, if you ever have any issue with your order, please reach out to us directly and, if there's something we can rectify, we will try our best to help you!

Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check the shipping address you submit prior to placing an order! Our shop is not responsible for any orders that are automatically returned to our printing partners or lost due to an incorrect address, the parcel being unclaimed, and unsuccessful attempts for delivery as this is fully out of our control. If this happens we will work with you to replace the item and, if possible, offer a discount on the replacement, but you will be responsible for re-ordering the item and paying for shipping.

What Happens If My Item Is Damaged?

If your order is damaged or something is wrong, don't worry! Please take 2-3 photos of the item(s) and contact me immediately. If we examine it and determine the issue is a printing or product error, or was damaged in shipping, we will arrange for a replacement. If you do not contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, I will assume you are happy and the transaction will be finalized.

Reading Our Listing Descriptions & Reviewing Product Photos

We ask that all buyers read the FULL listing description and view ALL product photos before purchasing and reach out to us directly with any questions. Order issues that arise are often a direct result of a buyer not reviewing item measurements, the printing style we employ, or the materials we use on various items in our shop. Our #1 goal is always 100% customer satisfaction and we have found that buyers who read through these descriptions and review photos are always satisfied with their order because they receive exactly what they expect and purchase. Our items are all custom made/printed once ordered so if you do buy from us, we assume (& expect) that you have thoroughly reviewed the item and purchased it with all relevant information.

Cancelation after preview?

Cancelation is allowed if we have not started working on your order. Once we've started working on your order after a preview is sent, a service fee of $30 (for photo merge listing and portrait listing) and $10 (for other custom print listing) will be incurred, that is if you would like to cancel the order. The charge is for our service fee for the time we take to work on your custom work. No physical item will be sent to you.

How to download digital copy?

We send all digital copies via Etsy chat. It is recommended that you use your computer to download the file. If you're using your computer, it should bring up a pop-up link after you click on the attached file we have sent you, then right-click to save and download the file :). Feel free to crop and scale as you need for your printing!
