I have to say how impressed I was with the service on this shirt. I left a note with my order asking if it were possible to get some customizations (a bit of extra length on both the shirt and the sleeves): the seller didn't write back, and then I got busy and never followed up. I kind of expected the shirt to show up un-customized, as it wouldn't be the first time a seller has missed the attached note, but when it arrived, it was exactly what I'd asked for. For the record, my measurements are 35" / 30" / 42"; I got the S/M and it fits the way I wanted, neither tight nor too boxy, though perhaps a tiny bit snug in the shoulders (I have average shoulders). The armholes seemed too tight at first, but I washed the shirt and stretched them while it was wet, and now they're perfectly comfortable.
