This took so long to get to me and there was zero tracking. When I received it, it’s a cheap material and very thin and runs quite small, as though it were made in China and not really handmade elsewhere. The cat ears do not even stand up when I put the hood on, but it really didn’t seem worth it to try to return.

The dispatch location is stated on very listing before checkout and in the production partner information, I am sorry they missed it prior to purchase. All orders are shipped tracked and tracking numbers are provided, as was this in the dispatch email sent through Etsy - this order in particular was made and delivered in 13 days, well within the given timeframe notified prior to purchase. The ears are described as being decorative and not reinforced so cannot be made to stand up - I will make this clearer in the listing to avoid future confusion. The fabric used is listed as a Scuba polyester-spandex blend, this is a double knit fabric that is commonly used for sportswear, dancewear and formalwear and has heat retension properties making it ideal for winter.
