As a digital nomad who has been traveling across the United States for over a year now, it was critical for me to stay organized because I was constantly moving from state to state. This tracker allowed me to log and review everything in one place so that I could plan upcoming trips and events seamlessly, even while living out of a suitcase and acquainting myself with parts of the country I had never visited before. I could also easily share my trips with my friends and family so they could experience my adventures vicariously.

Hopefully, this can be helpful for you as well to stay organized as you live nomadically or if you plan to do a cross-country road trip.

This is a template built in Airtable (an all-in-one smart spreadsheet / database) that can be used to:

• Keep the details of your different stays in one place (cost, start and end dates, etc.)
• Track the activities that you want to do in each new city.
• Reference a starter list of items to pack and bring on your journey.

To help you automate your digital nomad life, within the base you'll find:

• Formulas that automatically calculate how much you're paying per day for an extended stay.
• Formulas that automatically calculate whether an activity date is within the time frame for a stay, so you don't accidentally book an event before you arrive or after you leave a location.
