When will my items ship?

Everything is made to order. Shipping estimates are given, however actual shipping times may vary. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns around shipping times!

What is the difference between "made to order" and "made to ship"?

A "made to order" purchase is one that is not started until you order. When you hit that order button, I pick up my crochet hook and start working on the project! A "made to ship" purchase is one that has already been made. The listing photos represent exactly what you will get, and these will ship out quickly as all I have to do is package them.

Why does my product look different than the one on the Etsy listing?

Every product is made to order by a human. With this comes the chance of small variation in size, color, and design. Your product will not vary significantly from the listing photo, however due to things like tension changes, yarn dye lots, and human error, there may be small differences.

My order says it shipped yesterday/a couple days ago, however the tracking information hasn't updated!

I occasionally drop off packages in UPS post boxes! They don't always pick up the packages every single day, and some times may get off schedule due to weather. It shouldn't take more than 2-4 days for the tracking information to update.

Can I return my product?

No. Unless there was a major issue with the product not described in the description, you may not return/exchange. You must communicate with me before you ship your product; this may include attaching photos of any defects/issues. If you ship your package back to the return address without communication, you will not be refunded any money and will be blocked from purchasing in the future. If there is an issue that DOES require you to return, the buyer (you) must pay for shipping. If you need a label or don't know how to purchase one, I will create a label for you and deduct it from the return cost. You will NOT be refunded the shipping cost you paid originally, either.

I got this pattern a couple days ago and already made 3 bucket hats! At first I was a little confused but after reading the pattern a couple times. It all made sense! Lol they are the cutest bucket hats ever. It exactly what I was looking for thank you!!
