HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your banner size.
2. Place your order through Etsy.
3. Email your digital file to hello [!at] acornandcompany.com. When emailing your file, please use the same email address you used to checkout on Etsy. Please include your order number in the subject line or within the message.

A proof is available upon request only. **Please leave a note at checkout (through ETSY) if you would like to see a proof.** Proof will be sent to the email address that the file was sent from. Please respond to proof within 24 hours, otherwise it will move into production.

Your order will ship out within 1-3 business days. If you requested a proof, it will ship in 1-3 business days from your approval.

Files must be designed to the exact size you want your banner printed, and saved at 150 dpi minimum. High resolution images allow the print to look its best, but 150 dpi is the minimum requirement. If you are sending an .ai or .eps file, please make sure all of your fonts have been converted to outlines.

Please review your artwork thoroughly and completely. We do not do any editing. Double check all spelling and punctuation, colors, font, and graphics, as we will not be checking for errors.

(We do offer editing/design services, but they are not included here. If you need design services, please reach out to us.)

What you send us is what will be printed. You are solely responsible for any errors. Banner sizes may vary slightly due to trimming and hemming, and are not guaranteed to finish at the exact advertised size, but will be within about an inch of requested size.

We cannot guarantee font or color matching to your file.

SHIPPING
We ship all orders in a heavy cardboard tube. First Class shipping is free, with expedited shipping available for an upcharge.

Returns and exchanges are not available on this item, however, if there is an issue, please reach out.
