I'm still working on this but I have to say, I just love the way it's turning out. I'm actually using medium weight yarn in an assortment of colors that I'd purchased for a different afghan. I decided I didn't like that one as much as I thought I did and searched for another to accommodate those colors. They are not exactly what's called for in the pattern but they're close and it is turning out quite beautifully. The pattern is pretty easy to follow. It's a step or two up from a "tv" pattern (you know, the kind of pattern you can make while watching television and still have good results). It's just a very satisfying pattern, both in the working of it and visually. If you're on the fence, climb down and order it!
