USPS misdelivered or lost packages.

As soon as we ship your order, the package is out of our control and is in the hands of USPS. Here are some helpful tips: - Please double check the shipping address you enter when placing an order to ensure it gets delivered to the accurate location. - If your package doesn't arrive, contact your local Post Office to initiate a search for the missing parcel. Most of the time, the package is still on its way, just delayed. - If USPS determines that they misdelivered or lost the package, please file a claim with USPS. - We do not offer refunds, returns or replacements for any reason.

Can I use your products for my church or business?

Great question! All of our physical products and personalized digital products - are for PERSONAL use only. If you plan on using them for group use (churches, troops, businesses, share with friends, etc.), please contact us before purchasing. We have Group Use licenses available for many of our personalized digital products. Our SVG cutting machine files and custom logos have their own license (see next FAQs).

What am I allowed to make or sell using your cutting machine files?

Will my cutting machine work with your files?

We offer SVG files which are compatible with: Silhouette Designer Edition, Make the cut (MTC), Sure cuts a lot (SCAL), Brother Scan and Cut "Canvas" and Cricut Design Space.

How to Download and Unzip the file...

To Download: Click on your Etsy profile at the top right, then click "Purchases and Reviews". Here, your digital downloads will have a download button next to them. *IMPORTANT: You can't download from the Etsy mobile app, you MUST use a web browser! Unzip on a PC: 1. Right-click on the zipped file 2. Click "Extract all" 3. Choose where you'd like to files to be saved. 4. Click "Extract" Unzip on a Mac: 1. Double click to unzip Unzip on a mobile device: 1. If you are using an iPhone or iPad that is running the latest version of iOS, you can unzip the file in the Files app (blue folder icon), by tapping on the zip folder. **Don't see any SVGs? our computer has renamed it as an .html file. It is still an SVG!

A complete license agreement will be provided in your order, but here is a brief summary: This license gives you a lifetime right to use this logo for your business branding, but it is not exclusive to you. We retain the full copyright, which means we can modify the artwork and sell it to other customers. You can use the logo on your website, social media, and products, but you cannot register it as a trademark. Because other businesses may use a similar design, this is a budget-friendly way to get professional branding without the high cost of a one-of-a-kind custom design.

The button stickers look great on my controller, but the down side is the letters itself are stickers too, and sometimes slips off the round sticker they're on, if it was a complete design on the sticker, id give it 5 Stars.
