Custom and personalised orders

We work directly with our weavers which means custom orders are absolutely possible. They do take a little bit longer but are well worth it if you need a basket made with specific dimensions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most of our baskets are primarily shipped in large sacks directly from Ghana. We don't offer gift wrapping unless you have a special request. Please send us a message for more details.

Sizing is approximate as this is a handmade product. If you have a specific size that you need, please message us after sending in your order so that we can measure your basket before we send it out. Thanks.

Our woven pet baskets are a great addition to any space, practical and stylish for your furry friend.

SIZING:

To ensure the perfect fit for your dog or cat, it's very important to measure the length and width of them while laying down.

Basket dimensions are approximate:

X-Large: 34” Long x 24" Wide x 13" Tall

Please note, as this is a handmade product, dimensions & color may vary.

FOAM PAD CUSHION:

Option to add a foam cushion with a fitted cotton sheet. Standard fitted sheets come in an off-white canvas or an African Printed Design that will match. If you have a specific request just send us a message.

CUSTOM:

SHIPPING:

We ship via DHL Express, once dispatched it usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Please ensure you provide your phone number for DHL delivery.

SHAPING YOUR BASKET:

Your basket may arrive misshapen or flattened. Don't fret, they are easy to shape. Soak your dog basket in the bathtub with cold water or use a hose to spray it down. Let sit for a few minutes while the grass absorbs the water. Then use your hands to press out the creases to shape as desired.

RETURN POLICY:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our bespoke Bolga Baskets as they are made to order.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged basket (Baskets are inspected prior to shipping)
- Order lost in transit (please note: Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery don’t count)
- Item received is not the same design. Variations on color are not included in this.
