A round bolster is a great way to add a new and interesting shape to your pile of decorative pillows. We chose a 6″ x 16″ cylinder, which is a classic size to pair with a 16″ or 20″ square cushion. Or make a pair of bookends and show them separately. Rope accents and gathered ends are elegant touches that add real designer flair while being very easy to make.
These bolsters have tightly crimped ends which add such nice texture. Decorative buttons keep the folds closed. It's a very vintage look and we knew the fabric we chose had to reflect that style in both color and motif.
All seams are well finished and secured with an overlock to prevent fraying.
The pillowcase is fastened with a hidden zipper and is removable for washing.
